ORALIA has been founded in 1980 as ORALIA Dentalprodukte GmbH in Constance at Lake Constance.
In 1985 ORALIA has presented the world's first dental low-level diode laser (ora-laser 1010) for biomodulation; by applying the energy into the cells self-regenerative and wound healing effects have been induced. It has often been regarded as hocus-pocus, as the mechanisms haven't been found, but today it is well-known and proven on cellular level. Today we manufacture this device in the fourth generation as ora-laser d-light.
At the IDS fair Cologne in 1995 ORALIA has presented the world's first dental „hard- and softlaser“ (ora-laser 01 i.s.t.) for biomodulation, thermal disinfection and soft tissue surgery, in one device only. The "IST" is a role model for nearly any diode laser device available today. We manufacture it in fourth generation as ora-laser d-lux.
